The Boyajian Family - Ella, Tanner, McKinley and Monroe (Nov. 2023)
Long-held dreams of a property where family and friends could build lasting memories became a reality in 2021 when the Boyajian family found Wasioja Ranch. The decision to make this beautiful ranch their own came naturally after meeting the former owners, Web and Antje, pillars of the community and custodians of cherished family memories on the property. The Boyajians strive to honor and continue the traditions of the Valley’s former sheriff and his wife. With a handshake deal, their journey began, coinciding with the joyous news of Ella's second pregnancy, marking the intertwining of life's cycles.
As new stewards of the land, the Boyajians embrace the joys and challenges of ranch life: from the surprise pregnancy of a longhorn thought to be too old, to preparing for winter storms, or frolicking through wildflower blooms. With passion and dedication, the Boyajians have meticulously restored the three homes on the property, endeavoring to create a lasting legacy for Wasioja Ranch that extends beyond their years—an inviting haven to share the timeless beauty of Cuyama Valley with kindred spirits.
